“Beef Paprika” (serves 4 - 6 people)
Ingredients
- Beef strips (approx 17ozs / 500grams)*
- one sliced large onion
- one can of tomato soup
- A can of tomatos (diced)
- approx one teaspoon of paprika
- A pinch of salt & pepper
- One tablespoon of ground garlic
- A carton of cream (1 1/3 cups / 300ml)*
- A reasonable amount of pasta (most types are suitable)
- Cooking spray or light oil
Let's get cooking
Add the beef and onion to a lightly oiled or sprayed frypan and fry until cooked.
Next, season with the paprika, salt & pepper and garlic then empty into an oven proof
dish, (casserole type). Follow this by next adding the tomato, both soup and diced. Pop into a
pre-heated oven at about 360°(f) or 180°(celsius) and bake for about 60 to 80 minutes. Toward the
end of the cooking time boil and cook the pasta. (There should be enough for 4 to 6 people).
When it appears that the meat in the oven is cooked, remove, blend through the cream and
add contents over the servings of pasta. Enjoy!!
